In the heart of Honolulu, 910 and 912 Wiliwili is a brand new complex consisting of 18 walk-up rental micro-living units. This progressive approach to building affordable housing was conceived as a way to directly address the housing needs in Hawaii. In addition, each unit is furnished with modern amenities, as well as provides privacy for all tenants.
All units are single bedroom with efficient floor plans for a minimalist lifestyle. The interiors are brightly colored to provide an open and airiness feel, and the layout takes advantage of natural lighting, trade winds, and views.

Units and Amenities
Each unit features a minimalist floor plan, which varies between 269 and 420 square feet with rent being between $1,000 and $1,600 depending on the unit size.
All units come with a refrigerator, range or portable cooktops, as well as space for a microwave. Each unit has utility storage located on the Garage Level.
One parking stall is included in the rent. If parking is not needed, $60 (uncovered stall) or $80 (covered stall) will be deducted from the rent.
Additional parking stalls are only available if another resident decides they do not need parking, and is available on a first come first serve basis.
